Kathleen Zoll is a highly organized, multi-talented professional with a diverse background which includes teaching mathematics, owning a custom framing business, motivational speaking, and creative writing. She also provides accurate transactional accounting, and creates a personalized, seamless experience for every Ludwig client.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education from Gwynedd Mercy University (magna cum laude). Her passion lies in making others’ lives easier—a commitment reflected in her ability to break complex concepts down into simple, actionable steps tailored to different learning styles. Her approachable style and clear communication are a strong asset to the Ludwig team and its clients.

Since joining LBC in September 2021, Kathleen has completed multiple Process Documentation projects for a public company and published several short stories in literary magazines. She values the unique combination of creative development and structured organization at Ludwig, which supports her passion for both systems thinking and storytelling.
