Kristine has joined Ludwig Business Consultants as Managing Director. With over 35 years of experience in client focused business and financial operations, she has dedicated her career to aligning company operations to the mission of delivering top-tier solutions and service. Primarily focused in the high growth technology and telecom sectors, she has led diverse teams in all aspects of the client lifecycle from contract through onboarding, service delivery, billing and all levels of support. Her client-centric focus will be invaluable to the LBC team and to our clients.
Kristine earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She joined the Ludwig team in June of 2024 and immediately made an impact. Her organized approach and commitment to exceptional service provides the LBC team and clients with another level of strong and stable leadership.
Kristine resides in Malvern, PA, with her husband of 30 years, Glen, and is the proud parent of three amazing sons. Her Philly roots are deep and like most Philadelphians, she is a huge Philly sports fan. Her favorite days include spending time with her family watching a game or enjoying the city culture.

What is the best thing about your job?
Having known Phyllis Ludwig as a former colleague and then client, I am thrilled to join the firm she founded and grew over 22 years. With a specialty in service delivery, I gained my business and financial operations experience from working with all sizes and scales of for-profit business. LBC services are in demand, and I am excited to help create the infrastructure for the firm’s next level of growth. I am also eager to apply my skills to supporting the non-profit and public sectors which is a large part of LBC’s business. Client relationships and exceptional delivery by a great leader and fantastic team have made this firm successful. I look forward to continuing and enhancing this legacy.
What is your ideal vacation?
Travel, travel, travel!! Any travel with my husband and our boys – land, sea or air! Anything that involves an ocean breeze is a favorite, but I love to explore new destinations – either relaxing or navigating a city to learn about the local culture and history. Can’t wait for the next trip!
