Kathy is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years’ accounting experience in service, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. She is accomplished in accounting and systems process, process re-engineering, optimization and change management. She is a successful Project Management Organization member on several ERP system implementations (Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks), and excels in hands-on involvement in our projects, serving as the controller for our business. She is an experienced CFO and Controller, and is CAS certified by the AICPA.
A New Jersey native, Kathy has shared many career paths with Phyllis, and agreed to come on board at LBC. Her incredible talent is in high demand, and she manages it all seamlessly.
Kathy currently lives in Eagleville with her husband. She has two children, one who is in college and one who is a teacher living in Maryland. Kathy enjoys cooking, golfing, and genealogy.

I am a flexible, adaptable, innovative, intuitive self-starter with a highly driven and motivated work ethic to achieve. Give me any project and I will turn it into an organized process.
What is the best thing about your job?
I enjoy the collaboration at Ludwig. The collective experience and talent of the team along with the flexibility everyone demonstrates ensures a positive client experience. The diversity and uniqueness of our clients is exciting. The ability for us to tailor our services to the needs of the client is exceptional.
What is your ideal vacation?
Favorite vacation ever was to Turks & Caicos with the family!
If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
I would be the “Organizer”. I cannot stand clutter or lack of process – it is confusing and distracting for everyone involved.
