Crystal is an experienced accountant with a diverse background. She got her start in the automotive industry, where she worked her way up from an administrative role to accounting manager. After fifteen years, she moved on to open her own business during the pandemic, Charmed Rose Creations. Here she learned the ins and outs of running a small business, as she created and sold her own lovely crafts with a physical storefront in Lansdale, PA. Both of these fostered her natural skill of listening with compassion towards others’ needs.

Originally from Northeast Philly, Crystal has absolutely no idea how she wound up choosing to attend Southern New Hampshire University. There, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She joined the Ludwig team in October 2023, where she quickly stepped up and took on a very large project which four other team members were trying to handle.

Now residing in Lansdale, PA, Crystal is a wife, mother to two daughters, and furmom to two furbabies. She is an avid crafter, and has volunteered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention—including completing an eight-hour, eighteen-mile overnight walk through New York City to raise awareness for this important cause.

What unusual skills or talents do you have that make you an Individual? 

I am a problem solver, I am usually able to assess a situation and come up with a solution pretty quickly. I really enjoy helping people, so this skill is very valuable to me!

What is the best thing about your job? 

Being able to be a part of an amazing, knowledgeable and motivating team of people that take pride in our work. 

What is your ideal vacation? 

Up the mountains, in a cabin by a lake with my family.

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be? 

The ability to fly.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

Coffee.
